What you will receive
Transactional text messages only: booking confirmations and reminders, invoice and payment notices, horse care updates, and replies from barn staff. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on your barn’s ManeDeck client portal, or by telling barn staff in person that you agree to receive texts, which staff then record. Every opt-in is recorded with the date, time and the exact consent language shown.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use your barn’s services without agreeing to receive texts.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your bookings, invoices and barn activity. Message and data rates may apply. ManeDeck does not charge you for receiving texts.
Where texting is available
This service is available only to US and Canadian mobile numbers. Texts are not sent to numbers outside the US and Canada.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT and STOPALL also work. You will receive one final confirmation text and no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also turn texts off in your barn’s client portal or ask barn staff to opt you out. Reply START to resume.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
