ManeDeck ("we") provides apps and a website for horse owners, farriers, and barns to keep horse records, schedule and pay for services, and manage care.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, phone, role (owner/farrier/vet/barn).
- Your content: horses, health/care records, documents, photos, expenses, appointments, and messages you create.
- Payments: processed by Stripe; we store payment status and references, not full card numbers.
- Device: push-notification tokens and basic app diagnostics.
How we use it
To operate the service: store your records, send reminders/notifications, enable booking and payments between you and the pros you choose, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
Records are shared only with parties you explicitly grant access to (e.g., your vet, farrier, or barn). Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We use service providers (hosting, email, push) under contract.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your data in the app, revoke sharing at any time, and request account deletion by emailing hi@manedeck.com.
Security & retention
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We retain records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, or as required for legal/audit purposes.
Children
ManeDeck is not directed to children under 13.
