Delete your ManeDeck account & data

This page explains how to request deletion of your ManeDeck account and the data associated with it. ManeDeck is operated by ManeDeck (the developer shown on our Google Play listing).

How to request deletion

Email us: Send a message from the email address on your account to hi@manedeck.com with the subject "Delete my ManeDeck account." We verify ownership and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days (usually within a few days), then email you a confirmation. In-app one-tap deletion is also being added directly in the app.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email, phone, login)
  • Your horses and all health/care records, deworming & vaccination history
  • Documents, photos, and the document vault
  • Expenses, receipts, feed schedules, and reminders
  • Appointments and messages you created
  • Push-notification tokens and device data

What may be retained (and for how long)

For legal, tax, and fraud-prevention reasons we may retain a minimal record of completed payments/invoices (handled by our payment processor, Stripe) for the period required by law. These records contain transaction references, not your full payment-card details. Data shared with a barn, vet, or farrier you authorized may remain in their records per their own obligations; revoke sharing in the app at any time.
